2.3 Identity Verification
jilibet bd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a national ID card or other government-issued document may be requested if necessary. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete.
Account Management and Security
You are fully responsible for your account password and login credentials. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact the support centre immediately and change your password.

Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
jilibet bd currently accepts deposits through three methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳100.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. A policy of withdrawing via the same payment method used for the deposit may apply.
Funds from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus has been met. Details on wagering are provided in section 5. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
4.3 Fraud Prevention
If a member attempts to misuse the payment system or commit fraud, their account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited. jilibet bd may report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
jilibet bd offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.2 Other Promotions
The weekly jilibet bd reload bonus offers 30% of the deposit amount, up to ৳5,000, with a 15x wagering requirement and a minimum deposit of ৳100. The jilibet bd slot bonus offers 50% of the deposit amount on the slots section, up to ৳8,000, with a 20x wagering requirement. The cricket festival deposit offer gives 40% of the deposit amount on the cricket betting section, up to ৳6,000, with an 18x wagering requirement.
The birthday special reward gives up to ৳2,000, with a 10x wagering requirement, once per year. The refer-a-friend bonus offers up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, with a 12x wagering requirement.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Multiple bonuses may not be applicable at the same time while one promotion is active.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash under any circumstances — they may only be used for placing bets.
- Winnings earned from a bonus must meet the specified wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- jilibet bd reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or cancel a promotion at any time.
- Bonuses credited in error due to a system fault or technical issue are recoverable.
VIP Programme
jilibet bd's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the member's overall activity on the platform.
Weekly cashback is a fixed proportion of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Silver member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100. Cashback terms apply in the same way as standard bonus terms.
jilibet bd reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits, conditions, or calculation methods. Members will be given advance notice of any changes as far as practicable.
Gaming Rules
7.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on jilibet bd are operated according to defined RTP values and fairness-tested algorithms. Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Betting Limits
Each game has a defined minimum and maximum bet limit, which is clearly shown in the game interface. There is no option to place bets outside these limits.
7.3 Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection or a device issue, the system automatically saves the game state. In the event of any dispute, the game server log will be treated as the final proof.
7.4 Prohibited Activities
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Gaining an advantage by participating in the same game from multiple accounts.

10.2 Member's Rights
A member may close their account at any time of their own choosing. The balance remaining in the account will be available for withdrawal, however any bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled. An account closure request must be submitted to the support team.
Limitation of Liability
jilibet bd is not responsible for funds won or lost through gaming. Members place bets entirely at their own risk and are aware of the potential financial risks involved.

Dispute Resolution

If a matter is not resolved within 7 working days of contacting the support team, a formal complaint may be submitted. The support team will provide details on the formal complaints process.
In disputes concerning game outcomes, server logs and the game provider's records will be treated as the final proof.
Mobile Application
jilibet bd's mobile application is available for both Android (APK) and iOS. The app is available through official channels. These terms apply equally to use of the app.
jilibet bd is not liable for any issues arising from the use of an app downloaded from an unauthorised source. Only use the app obtained from official channels.
Changes to Terms and Effectiveness

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between jilibet bd and the member and replaces all previous oral or written understandings.
